Job Summary
This Graphic Design position is an entry level role, working in a team approach with members of the digital content team on a variety of projects and assignments. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with well-developed critical thinking skills who can process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise.

Responsibilities
Primary:
- Clearly communicate and present ideas through visuals to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the Pirates brand, voice, and audience to produce visuals that inspire our brand story while also building authentic relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with other creative team members and attend project and team meetings.
- Accept real and constructive feedback when necessary.
- Work with other creative team members to produce cohesive content and designs for all platforms and mediums.
- Always represent the Pittsburgh Pirates in a positive and professional manner.
- All other duties assigned by Director, Creative & Productions.
