$2,500 on first paycheck, $2,500 after completion of 1 year of service.

 

MOBILE CRISIS TECHNICIAN, QMHP, FULL TIME This is a FLSA exempt position. The Mobile Crisis Technician will provide mobile crisis responses to the Valley CSB catchment area homes, schools, and community settings. The catchment area consists of Augusta County, Highland County, Staunton City and Waynesboro City. Mobile crisis response will include assessing crisis situations, providing de-escalation, and support for individuals in crisis. The incumbent will have ongoing support and clinical guidance from supervisory staff. This position requires that the incumbent be available to work between home, office, and within the community catchment area to meet the needs of the program.

The incumbent must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a behavioral health or human services related field and a minimum of 1 year of documented clinical experience an equivalent combination of education and experience that qualifies the incumbent as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP -A, C and or QIDP).
