Job Summary

The Ballpark Ambassador is responsible for the check-in area for both the MLB Ballpark app & Bucaroos Kids Club. This role is responsible for engaging fans to encourage membership and sales, as well as providing customer support as it relates to Bucaroos Kids Club and MLB Ballpark app.

Responsibilities

Primary

  1. Sell & upsell Kids Club Memberships.
  2. Assist fans with downloading the MLB Ballpark app and provide instruction on how to use the app.
  3. Distribute prizes to check-in winners.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MLB Ballpark app or Kids Club Membership.
  5. Setup and take down of prizes and Membership Kits.
  6. All other duties as assigned by management.
 
Position Requirements
  1. Minimum of six months experience in a customer service role.
  2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  3. Advanced proficiency with using an iPad or Smart Phone.
 
Location Pittsburgh, PA  
Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal  
Shift Various Shifts
