Description

Area of Responsibility: NM and Texas Operations

Reports to: President

Works with: NM Base Supervisors, Texas Operations Manager, Texas Operations Supervisors, Clinical Staff, Human Resources

Supervises: All clinical staff in relation to their clinical performance

Job Duties:

Clinical Quality Assurance and Improvement

-Develops Quality Assurance Indicators

-Reviews Charts for compliance with clinical standards and company policy

-Provides feedback and coaching to clinical providers

-Creates performance improvement plans at the individual and clinical level

-Performs direct observation of clinical staff

Equipment and Supply

-Provides education to clinical staff on new and existing supplies, equipment and medications.

-Monitors usage of supply and supply levels.

-Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance

-Ensure clinical provider competency on equipment

Clinical Provider Selection and Training

-Participates in the interviews of clinical providers

-Participates in the orientation of new clinical providers

-Develops, implements and manages a Field Training Program

Education and Training

-Develops clinical training offerings

-Uses the quality assurance process to guide internal training

-Coordinates with outside entities for training and education offerings
