Description

Ace Endico, a rapidly growing food-service distributor, is looking for an organized Driver Check-In

Responsibilities:

  • Processing ACH Transactions:
  • Review and process daily customer ACH debits and incoming wire transactions
  • Verify accuracy of ACH transactions
  • Resolve issues as directed by procedures or supervisor.
  • Payment Application:
  • Generate payment reports for posting and internal auditing.
  • Post and review incoming ACH’s and wires as per payment documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of ACH and wire transactions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with credit coordinators and finance department to ensure seamless ACH transaction processes. 
  • Prompt communication to resolve phone calls and email requests with payment approvals, issues, problems, and questions related to ACH processing and wire posting.
  • Review and maintain ACH routing and account numbers for new and existing customers.
  • Perform end of day balancing and reconciliation for processing accuracy.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday :30am - 5:30pm

Rate: $18

Required skills:

 

  • Effective interpersonal relationships with management and team members
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers.   
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Ability to effectively manage time related to daily tasks.
  • Flexibility to learn other tasks or work with other departments, as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) is required.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers.   

Qualification: 

High School diploma or equivalent, and 2-4 years related ACH processing and/or Accounts Receivable experience or similar.
