Description

The DoDAF Manager (E-7 ABMS) creates and develops all DoDAF Capability, System, and Operational Viewpoints in support of the E-7 Wedgetail Acquisition Program, and JCIDS documentation requirements.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Using DoDAF modeling tools and Microsoft Office applications, create DoDAF All Viewpoints (AV-1 Executive Summary, AV-2 Glossary); Operational Viewpoints (OV-1 Operational Concept, OV-2 Organizations & Resources, OV-3 Organizations, Activities, & Resources, OV-4 Organizational Relationships, OV-5a Operational Activity Hierarchy, OV-5b Operational Activities, OV-6c Operational Activity Sequences) and Capability Viewpoints (CV-1 Capability Effects, CV-2 Capability Hierarchies, CV-3 Capability Schedules, CV-4 Capability Dependencies, CV-5 Capability Deployments, CV-6 Capability Activities) for E-7 Wedgetail in DoDAF format.
  • Collaborate with AFLCMC Program Office engineers responsible for creating Data and Information Viewpoints (DIV-1, DIV-2, DIV-3), Project Viewpoints (PV-1, PV-2), and Systems Viewpoints (SV-1, SV-2, SV-4, SV-5a, SV-6, SV-7 and SV-8) to ensure all products are integrated, support CDD requirements, and are populated in IBM System Architect and on the E-7 Wedgetail SharePoint website.
  • Research, plan, analyze, draft, edit and produce JCIDS Documents in support of E-7 Wedgetail program acquisition milestones.
  • Evaluate options and contribute to cost and capability analysis development and products.
  • Analyze and investigate options for value model analysis and requirements development in support of RFP for EMD phase of acquisition.
  • Provide SME support to E-7 Wedgetail-related working groups that provide oversight and management of E-7 Wedgetail requirements, to include: support to the E-7 Wedgetail CDD High Performance Team, the E-7 Wedgetail Battle Management Advisory Group, the E-7 Wedgetail Cost-Capability Analysis (CCA) working group, the E-7 Wedgetail Value Model analysis working group, CDL requirements working group, and provide summary reports of working group meetings.
  • Provide SME input to program management requirements for JCIDS documentation.
  • Provide support for research, analysis, and Air Staff validation and approval processes.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
