Visit us at www.calloway-assoc.com.   Position Requirements Engineering Assistant: Will provide support to the engineering team on a variety of projects. Your job duties may include spec reading, research, conducting tests, modifying techniques, and resolving issues. You will help project engineers design, develop, evaluate, and troubleshoot to accomplish project goals. You will work as part of a team in a lab or workshop environment, so a commitment to safety and compliance with regulations is important. Communication skills are also a must! Duties and responsibilities include: Research matters like local regulations Conduct tests on designs Audit designs for compliance safety issues Fix minor issues in designs Read specs from clients Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED certification. Valid Driver's LIcense A minimum of 3 years construction management experience or working knowledge Strong business acumen and personal integrity Demonstrated ability in latest Microsoft Office suite The ability to word process, merge & edit proposals, contracts, introduction letters 3+ years’ experience inclusive of supporting project engineering staff, project management and operations Familiarity with the use of construction management software   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Compensation The rate of pay if $20- $25 hr and up to $300/monthly toward medical, dental or vision coverage.
