This high visibility role is multifaced and fast paced. The Warehouse Manager is the glue responsible for overseeing and managing the warehouse functions of our warehouses providing the CEO with continuous progress reports. Compensation for this role ranges from 75-85 commensurate with experience.  This role is broken into 3 basic components: People This position directs the daily workload, scheduling and direction of all warehousing staff. This includes a diverse team of professionals comprised of Carpenters, Welders, Warehouse Specialists, Transportation and Grounds. Product The Warehouse Manager ensures effective quality control and timely delivery of goods and services. Production responsibilities include consolidating and scheduling shipments, investigating causes of damages or shortages, supervising loading, verifying completeness of shipments according to packing lists, organizing company owned and client owned exhibit properties, re-inventorying of goods returned from tradeshows and materials for outbound to tradeshows (pull, prep and load). Place RES takes great pride in our warehouse and transportation presentation. This role will include maintaining the company fleet and required maintenance of all company vehicles. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse & building by oversees warehouse security, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and safety. Most importantly this role maintains a productive, energetic, and safe environment for the manufacturing of new and existing company and client owned trade show properties.
