Share Email Opening Title Prime Cut Busser  Description Under direction of kitchen manager, to act on his/her duties in lieu of absence and to directly assist kitchen manager and sous chefs in all aspects of daily operational tasks, staff management and food production.   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent and ability to use bus carts, ice carts, trash compactor and ice machines. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs required. Prior customer service in a fast paced environment preferred.
