PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Work from blueprints, CATIA models, company standards, and work instructions. Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures. Ability to polish parts to produce a cosmetically acceptable part for our customers. Sets up and operates standard shop equipment. Conceives and manufactures shop aid tools improve repetitiveness and cost. Accurately log computerized labor data collection for time and attendance tracking.   Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a plating/polishing environment. Able to work from blueprints, sketches or diagrams. Able to set up and operate all standard shop equipment. Able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Must not be allergic to aluminum dust or buffing compounds. Able to stand approximately 8 hours a day and buff parts on a buffing machine. Able to work well with other team members.   Location Little Rock   This position is currently accepting applications.
