The role of the Social Worker is to admit residents according to the admission policies of the home. He/she is responsible for developing positive relationships with diverse community organizations, as well as supporting marketing techniques and programs.   Position Requirements BSW or MSW with at least two years of experience working in a senior living facility. Must be able to work with the elderly and possess good interpersonal skills. In addition, an adequate level of medical terminology is needed to enable the individual to understand the patient's physical condition.
