PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are executed within established parameters. Cost Estimation and Budget Management: Assist in cost estimation, budget creation, and control activities. Monitor expenditures and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary constraints. Risk Assessment and Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks. Implement strategies to manage risks effectively, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables. Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and key metrics. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and outcomes. Maintain clear and effective communication channels. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Implement Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives for greater efficiency and effectiveness. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines effectively. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. EDUCATION, LICENSES AND EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree in related field is preferred; will consider equivalent experience. Minimum of three years proven experience working in project control or project management within a relevant industry. Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore or equivalent) and MS Office Suite. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
