The Maintenance Technician’s role requires effective and careful evaluation in response to a broad range of maintenance needs to assist the Service Manager with the efficient operation of property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance: Electrical Plumbing HVAC Appliance Repair Locks & Keys Basic Carpentry Painting and Drywall Repair Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas; Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards.   Requirements of the Position: Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal; Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter; Excellent customer service skills a must. Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field; On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays; Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner.
