NetSPI is currently hiring for a UK-based Enterprise Account Executive to support our growing EMEA efforts. The Enterprise Account Executive will develop relevant C-Suite relationships and to influence target organizations to purchase NetSPI cyber security offerings while being the primary point of contact and relationship manager for NetSPI's current and prospective clients in the EMEA market.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop new clients through existing relationships, personal lead generation, social selling activities, and other company-sponsored programs in identified target markets
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Drive sales of penetration testing and advisory solutions by identifying and nurturing potential leads to fill the sales pipeline
  • Using sales data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Setting and consistently working towards sales targets and quotas through prioritizing tasks, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting deadlines
  • Generate significant sales activity on a weekly basis to drive acceptable performance
  • Handling rejection and setbacks with persistence and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Understanding the target market, industry trends, and competitors to tailor sales approaches and attend industry related events
  • Coordinating with marketing, customer support, and other teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Identifying customer pain points and providing creative solutions.
  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of selling experience, with experience selling professional services in the cybersecurity space required.
  • Experience developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Demonstrable understanding of MEDDICC or other relevant sales qualification frameworks and methodologies.
  • The ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close deals.
  • High competence in relationship development and the use of those relationships to help clients gain the value of NetSPI's offerings
  • In-depth understanding of the product or service being sold to address customer inquiries and demonstrate value.
  • Selling experience in the EMEA region
  • Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and relevant technology.
  • Effective verbal and written communication to convey product/service value and negotiate terms.
