For more information please visit www.astrazeneca.com .   Description Location: Frederick, MD We are currently seeking sophomore and junior students working towards a degree in engineering, the sciences, or computer science for a 10 week internship during the summer of 2024.   Learning Objectives/Goals of the Position: Learn to utilize company tools and resources to meet goals set by the quality system team. Learn and develop with a highly motivated team environment in areas of operational excellence. Primary Duties: Work on projects related to data analytics and any projects assigned by the quality department utilizing Power BI, proprietary quality management and data analysis systems Creating interactive dashboards using PowerBI to assess quality initiatives Streamline existing Sharepoint sites for ease of sitewide collaboration     Position Requirements Position Requirements: Sophomore and junior students working towards a degree in engineering, the sciences, or computer science Some skill set in python or other computer programming, problem solving, quality mindset, and data literacy preferred PowerBI knowledge is plus Ability to report onsite to AZ's Frederick, MD site 5 days per week. This role does not allocate relocation assistance.
