Eligible applicants are expected to adhere to those values, and work alongside a team whose mission is to Create Enthusiastic Customers.   Description What You’ll Do:  Assisting customers, over the phone or through email with their industrial pipe valve and fitting  needs (PVF)  Advising customers on specific parts and products to ensure their project is successful  Confirming orders are input and processed correctly, and sales transactions are completed accurately  Work closely with an inside sales team  Ensuring overall customer satisfaction with our service and products, and following up with customers as needed  Willing to learn new products and customer processes  Staying current on industry trends and products in the PVF world  Assist outside sales associates with leads and follow ups  To be successful, this position requires an individual with technical understanding of industrial PVF (Plumbing , Valves and Fittings) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.     Position Requirements Required for Success:  Be customer-service and sales-oriented, and willing to go the extra step for the customer  Be an excellent communicator, both in person and over the phone  Sales experience is required. Pipe, Valve and Fitting experience is a plus. General plumbing knowledge is essential  Have a working knowledge of technical PVF (Plumbing, Valves and Fittings) products   Be skilled in computer use and able to learn our order entry software, Eclipse  Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment    This position is currently not accepting applications.
