Location:

We are currently seeking junior, masters-level, or PhD students working towards a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2024.

 

Learning Objectives/Goals of the Position:

  • Get exposed and experience pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Gain exposure and link theoretical engineering knowledge to real world application.
  • Gain experience by applying existing engineering knowledge in similar or new situations.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Support engineering project execution

  • Support engineering problem solving through process studies, data collection and analysis

  • Support cleaning validation activities

  • Support the set up of Formulation Engineering SharePoint site

  • Other projects as may be assigned

 
Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Junior, masters-level, or PhD students working towards a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field
    • It is expected that the selected candidate returns to schooling at the close of Summer 2024
  • MS Office proficiency required
  • Microsoft Project or Smartsheets knowledge a plus
  • Strong organizational
  • Shift time will vary from 4-5 days a week depending on project labor needs
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0
