Objectives/Goals of the Position: Engage in Strategy & Problem Solving Enact Project Management Delivery Lead in a Matrixed Organization Utilize an Entrepreneurial Mindset Primary Duties: Deliver US Oncology Innovation Strategy in high impact focus area (potential areas include generative AI, consumer marketing, launch planning, patient activation, etc.), driving growth and scalability to optimize organizational efficiencies and transform cancer care Lead cross-functional project team(s) to ensure delivery and execution of Innovation Portfolio resulting in novel and durable capability builds Provide visibility on project delivery to Oncology Leadership Team via Portfolio Management Office and identifying opportunities for pilot expansion Incorporate preparedness into Innovation Strategy ensuring AZ stands at forefront of innovation trends       Position Requirements Position Requirements: MBA students with backgrounds in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Engineering It is expected that the selected candidate return to schooling at the close of Summer 2024 2+ minimum years of work experience prior to MBA Experience in tech and/or sales and marketing preferred; experience in biopharma preferred Strong problem-solving skills, external or internal consulting experience preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to leverage strong internal and external network Excellent communication skills with track record of influencing senior stakeholders Experience managing large projects within a complex, matrixed organization Track record of successful change management and ability to build capabilities within an organization Minimum grade point average of 3.0   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Location Gaithersburg, MD   This position is currently not accepting applications.
