We are seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) who is passionate about delivering top-tier mental health care and is ready to grow with us. This position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact not only on our patients' lives but also on the way mental health services are delivered. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique needs. Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, personalized treatment experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology and novel therapies. Actively participate in the cultivation of Tides' culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist in developing best practices to improve the client-therapist relationship and overall client experience. Assist in ad-hoc marketing related efforts in order to boost a diverse and strong client base Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to Tides' strategic growth and vision.   Position Requirements Clinically licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LCSW) Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience post-licensure Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills   This position is currently not accepting applications.
