Senior Business System Analyst - Task Lead

Description

The Senior Business System Analyst – Task Lead will provide program management focusing on information systems and processes supporting logistics and facilities management to include acquiring supplies/commodities, maintaining facilities, tracking facilities upgrade plans, and performing day-to-day liaison with base support organizations including, but not limited, to the JAC Directorate or Support, Base Civil Engineering Squadron, and commercial vendors.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Provide support with program management and automation of the NIFC shared (multinational) budget.
  • Coordinate and liaise with NATO ministries of defense on the status of their contributions.
  • Provide program management and support automation of procurements, acquisitions, and contract management, ensuring compliance with NIFC and NATO regulations.
  • Attend meetings and prepare and conduct briefings as required.
  • At minimum, the contractor will require significant familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio and Autocad Lite, Exchecquers and Small Library Organization Pro software applications.
  • Advise the NIFC Commander on and provide a range of support functions to a multinational intelligence headquarters with emphasis on program management, information systems, personnel finance, procurement, equipment, supplies, and facilities management.
  • Draft, execute, and provide reports on multi-national contributions to the NIFC shared budget.
  • Manage the Sawdey team (to include the subcontractor employees).
  • Be the single point of contact (POC) for COR government interaction.
  • Direct all staff on day-to-day duties.
  • Approve all timecards (to include subcontractor timecards).
  • Assist with making travel arrangements for Sawdey staff.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Task Lead Responsibilities:

The Task Leads (if utilized) will be assigned responsibility for a specific TO; will interface daily as needed with the Government-designated Contracting Officers Representative (COR)/Quality Assurance Personnel (QAP) assigned to that TO. Task Leads will not be Corporate Staff but may be responsible for any or all of the following:

  • Leads day-to-day operations and delivery of each TO.
  • Leads workload assignments.
  • Approves Timesheets/ JAMIS.
  • Assists Corporate staff with Personnel oversight/ staffing/ onboarding.
  • Assists Corporate staff with interviews based on resource technical knowledge and/ or customer environment.
  • Responsible for Deliverables.
  • Reports Business Development opportunities up the chain.
  • Assists in small to medium proposal development.
  • Assists with 60-day and annual performance reviews for contractor personnel.
  • Initiates input and identifies shortcomings and enables corrective actions/ PIP.
  • Provides primary employee support including time cards, travel, and personnel administrative functions.
  • May assist with Development activities such as drafting proposals, attending networking/contracting events, and providing past performance information.
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

Experience:

  • Ten (10) years’ experience in the same or similar field.
  • Five (5) years’ experience leading a team for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, managing the operating budget for staff travel, conference administration, and supporting Intelligence organizational tasking preferred.
  • Senior Policy Resource Committee (SPRC) conference participation is a plus.
  • Two (2) years’ NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre expérience preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have significant familiarity with SharePoint, Visio, Autocad Lite, Exchecquers and Small Library Organization Pro software applications.

Security Clearance:

  • Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.

US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
