Your Role: As a Caregiver Specialist, your responsibilities will include: - Assessing caregiver stress and identifying their needs. - Providing valuable resources to alleviate the burdens of caregiving. - Coordinating respite care to give caregivers much-needed breaks. - Facilitating caregiver support groups to create a network of care.   Who You'll Impact: You'll be making a meaningful impact on the lives of family and informal caregivers, including: - Individuals over the age of 60. - Adults aged 18 – 65 with disabilities.   Work Schedule: This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, offering 35-40 hours of work each week beginning ASAP and lasting through 9/30/24.   Locations: Harvey.   Position Requirements To thrive in this role, we're looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) or Master's in Social Work (MSW). - At least one year of experience working with older adults and/or adults with disabilities. - Experience in supportive counseling or support group facilitation is a plus.   This position is currently accepting applications.
