Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Must have expert level experience working in Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention. Assist Recruiting and Retention Commander and Command Sergeant Major in determining training needs. In collaboration with the BN CSM, coordinates training programs in support of the field and conducts field training. Serve as the liaison between RRB leadership and Company leadership for the integration of new policy, doctrine, and new information management systems and technology changes for the battalion. In collaboration with the BN CSM, coordinates quarterly training for under-performing RRNCOs. Conducts training at RRB, Company, Team, and individual RRNCO level training functions, as requested. Analyzes training data provided and recruiting trends to provide recommendations for the RRB on training plans and guidance. Oversees training documents before requesting signature by the RRC. Assesses, plans, conducts, and evaluates remedial training of RRNCOs within the Task Force/Company. Identifies training deficiencies and develops a needs-based training plan per RRB policy and 79T doctrine. May be called upon to coordinate and conduct primary training for policy, doctrine, and new information management systems and technology changes within the company. Manages all developmental programs in the company to achieve the training goals of the RRB and Task Force/Company leadership. The MT must be a current or former 79T-qualified recipient of the Expert Recruiting Badge. No exceptions authorized. Provides weekly report to S3 of training conducted and locations of training for the previous week and plan for the following week. Frequent travel throughout the state of Georgia to engage with RRNCOs and NCOICs in the field. Qualifications: Individual must have a valid Secret security clearance (or higher) or be able to obtain one. Must have expert level experience working in Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention. Good presentation, written, and oral skills are required. Applicant must have experience using Microsoft Excel and other data compiling platforms. Applicants must be able to present data in many different forms, such as tables and graphs. Normal work week, normal office work hours. Occasional travel for training and/or conferences. This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
