Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Develop and nurture relationships with key public school district centers of influence, including administrators, educators, and counselors, to foster partnerships and create opportunities for recruitment. Identify and enable opportunities in the private and home school communities. Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities within schools and local communities, such as career fairs, student presentations, and community events. Generate understanding and interest in the GAARNG among teachers, school counselors, coaches, and other influencers through engaging activities, including lunch-and-learn events, presentations, and workshops. Collaborate with the GAARNG Public Affairs Office (PAO) to plan and execute proactive community engagement initiatives that promote the GAARNG brand and its offerings. Coordinate and participate in meetings with school district representatives, presenting the benefits and opportunities available through the GAARNG. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the education sector and recruitment strategies to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing our engagement efforts. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of education and community engagement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of engagement activities, partnerships, and outcomes to track progress and demonstrate the impact of our efforts. Qualifications: Individual must have a valid Secret security clearance (or higher) or be able to obtain one. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered). Proven experience in establishing and maintaining partnerships within the education sector or community engagement role. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, counselors, and community leaders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds. Familiarity with educational systems, policies, and trends to effectively communicate the benefits and opportunities available through the GAARNG. Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings, events, and conferences. Applicant must have experience using Microsoft Excel and other data compiling platforms. Applicants must be able to present data in many different forms, such as tables and graphs. Normal work week, normal office work hours. Occasional travel for training and/or conferences. This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
