Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Develop and update State RSP Program Guidance. Develop RSP Standard Operating Procedures. Oversee all Administration related issues for Recruits within the State. The liaison for State leadership and Full-Time Unit Support personnel (FTUS) regarding RSP program requirements and functions. Provide guidance on RSP Battalion YTC. Conduct quarterly Training Management workshop. Brief State Leadership at Strength Maintenance workshop as it pertains to RSP. Innovate and develop generational training that applies to current training pipeline. Manage weekly RSP report. Conduct RSP site inspections Audit RSP training records and conducts Site assistance visits IAW RSP accreditation guidance. Act as the liaison to the RR Sergeants Major to ensure that the RRNCOs maintain continuity with the Recruits from the time of enlistment through Battle Hand-Off at Gold Phase. Facilitate weekly Conference Call (At Risk, 90-120 shippers, 10 month no BCT, 18-month non-MOSQ). Ensure monthly RSP After Action Reports from each company are completed and submitted. Provide timely statistical data and trend analysis to the leadership for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of current RSP Policies. Provide statistical evaluation to individual RSP sites (IET Ship Rate, At Risk for Drill Attendance, Negative End Strength, Shipper Quality Control, Enlisted Training Pipeline Success Rate) Qualifications: Individual must have a valid Secret security clearance (or higher) or be able to obtain one. Must have expert level experience working in Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention. Good presentation, written, and oral skills are required. Applicant must have experience using Microsoft Excel and other data compiling platforms. Applicants must be able to present data in many different forms, such as tables and graphs. Normal work week, normal office work hours. Occasional travel for training and/or conferences. This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
