Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Ensure liaison support between the ARNG and the local MEPS on any issues that surface concerning ARNG applicants. Develop and implement quality control checks on the applicant shipper packets submitted by RSP Readiness NCOs. Monitors shipper quality control rate. Maintain all one station unit training (OSUT) and Phase I shipper packets until ship date. Perform a pre-ship interview with all shippers to ensure all information in the original enlistment packet is still accurate. Identify and coordinate with DCSPER/MILPO on the receipt of all Phase II shipper packets, ensuring that all required information is included prior to ship date. Request the issuance of Phase II orders through the REQUEST Operation Center. Monitor training seat management rate. Coordinate control numbers with the REQUEST Operations Center for applicants enlisting without a training seat. Periodically reviews REQUEST to secure a valid training seat reservation for NPS personnel enlisted without a training seat. Prepare and manage all reports and changes to ship dates to ARNG Soldiers. Provide RRB leadership with information and updates regarding changes to processing procedures, and training seat availability. Develop and provide information for training RRNCOS, Section Chiefs, and SGMs in MEPS processing, packet preparations, and other issues pertaining to shipping operations. Oversee the coordination for MEPS orientation for new RRNCOs. Review and validates para/line and unit of assignment on all applicants and submit comments to higher headquarters. Maintain direct communication with all GA ARNG RSPs in order to synchronize, coordinate, and integrate the training shipper process for the initial training pipeline. Maintain direct communication with all Title 10 ARNG Training Base Liaisons in order to synchronize, coordinate, integrate, and de-conflict processes in all aspects of the initial training pipeline. Qualifications: Individual must have a valid Secret security clearance (or higher) or be able to obtain one. Experience as an Army National Guard or Active Army Recruiter is preferred. Must have a working knowledge of basic computer systems. Applicant must have experience using Microsoft Excel and other data compiling platforms. Applicants must be able to present data in many different forms, such as tables and graphs. Normal work week, normal office work hours. Occasional travel for training and/or conferences. This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
