Provide case management services to individuals currently incarcerated, have an opioid addiction and those recently released from the Philadelphia County Prison system. Provide consultation to other staff regarding prison issues on an as-needed basis. Liaison with the staff, Defenders Association, court officers, probation, and parole offices.   Position Requirements BSW, MSW preferred - Experience in human service delivery, case management, assessment, and client advocacy. Understanding of the medical and psycho-social issues related to opioid addiction and other health concerns. Experience working with incarcerated and/or re-entering populations preferred.
