Our medical practice has been providing top-notch patient care for over 50 years! This role is a new opportunity that will be directly responsible for building an infusion center for the clinic. This position has daily contact with patients and is responsible for delivering primary health care, administering injections and infusions of select medications. The Registered Nurse will be working directly with the clinical staff and medical providers. Administers injections and starts IVs as needed. Completes necessary paperwork and prior authorizations for medication Work with all clinic staff on inventory control. Provide education to medical staff and providers. Registered Nurse Minimum three years of nursing experience Minimum two years training and educating a clinic staff PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills. Perform effectively in stressful situations Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions while acting as a leader in healthcare. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
