Ohio Christian University is seeking a qualified Director of Maintenance to oversee and manage the maintenance team on our campus in Circleville, Ohio. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Operations, the Director of Maintenance is responsible for all facilities on the campus including coordinating maintenance and repair services and adhering to all safety policies.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification)
- Manage time, personnel and projects
- Building maintenance
- Schedule and manage maintenance personnel for day to day operations
- Manage and update Maintenance Work Order System
- Problem solve maintenance issues
- Ordering parts
- Support maintenance tech in work
- Cost estimates and projection of projects
- Snow removal and grounds support (both labor and management)
- New construction building consultant (construction methods and products)
- Support campus events
- Supervise moves and space planning
- Manage and monitor utility usage
- Offsite building management
- Rental property management
- Supervise trails and tracks
- Support athletic field maintenance
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Education, Training and Experience:
- Five years of maintenance experience preferred
- Skill and Ability to:
- Knowledge in building construction and maintenance
- Effectively manage time and employee’s time
- Knowledge of effective building processes and technology
- Manage budget and operations resources wisely
- Additional Preferred Qualifications:

- Must be able to life 25 pounds
- Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed
- Must be able to traverse property and facilities to diagnose building issues
