The social worker will provide leadership and supervision to four Case Planners/Family Specialists and a Part Advocate, approve timesheets, PRO and conduct evaluations, conduct individual and group supervisory conferences to review caseloads management and progress, participate in recruiting and hiring and monitor the development of employees.
