About Role: As a Calibration Technician (Field), you’re the cornerstone of everything that we do. Your purpose is to execute defined calibration procedures under the guidance of the Lab Manager and Senior Technicians to help our customers achieve accurate and repeatable results. Pride of work and great customer service skills are a must as this is a customer facing role. Responsibilities Calibrate customer instrumentation, gages, systems, and production equipment in accordance with defined procedures. Document processes, data, notes, equipment utilized, conditions, and other relevant information as necessary. Act as the company representative when onsite and educate customers on calibration and answer any questions as necessary. Utilize IndySoft Commercial Lab Management software to document, generate reports, and equipment stickers as necessary. Responsible for driving customer equipment lists to completion and navigating any issues by keeping all relevant parties informed and on task.     Position Requirements Individual Requirements Willingness to travel. A company vehicle is provided so a clean driving record and background check are necessary. The ability to solve problems and find solutions within technical manuals, procedures, or similar. Previous Calibration Experience or Certification is valuable.
