Job Title: Rehab Technician/Administrative Assistant

Status: Full time 30-40hours per week
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. We are looking for a Therapy Aide for Alden Estates Shorewood providing Administrative Assistant services at the Alden- Estates Shorewood, skilled nursing facility. 30-40hours per week, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for assisting the supervisor with administrative duties as assigned, assisting with patient transport, answering the phones, and maintaining the cleanliness at the facility.

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services in accordance with the goals of CPT and Facility
Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services
Perform administrative duties as necessary for day-to-day operations of the rehab department
Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient
Qualifications:
Prefer Nursing Assistant Certificate issued by the state of Illinois or State of Wisconsin as it applies
Prefer PT Rehabilitation Certificate from an Illinois certified program or Wisconsin program
Prefer Two years of experience working as a therapy aide or in a skilled nursing facility.
