Share Email Opening Title Dockside Deli Manager  Description The Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the employees and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared and profitable service of Food and Beverage. Directing hiring, training and scheduling of personnel. Complying with all health department regulations. Maintaining budgeted labor, food and supply costs. Controlling expenses while maintaining a quality product. Continuously adjusting scheduling to reflect business levels. Ensuring that all aspects of the outlet contribute to 100% guest satisfaction.   Position Requirements Bachelor degree in Food and Beverage or related field preferred.
