Share Email Opening Title Digital Print Manager (Avon, MA)  Description JOB SUMMARY: Prepare and handle all graphic arts requirements, set up sign shop for all digital prints, outside sales, as required to keep Digital Print busy, sign shop support as needed.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepare all digitally printed sign orders for shop foreman and printer. Set up and utilizes sign maker computer to produce custom signs and graphics. Works with National Sales Team to produce flyers and marketing materials. Assists Project Managers with all signs drawings and layouts required for all jobs and sales.   ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assign work and monitor progress to keep production work flowing smoothly. Provide guidance and instructions to other sign makers. Maintains clean work areas. Performs other work related duties as assigned.   Position Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Previous experience in sign production required. Computer experience in word processing and spreadsheet. Keyboard skills required. Ability to understand and follow instructions as given. Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
