Provide clearly written, well qualified, proposals to all clients and contractors. Negotiate directly with decision maker and close deals. Responsible for all contract language review and confirmation of scope of work once a proposal has been accepted. Coordinate project installation with superintendents and crew foreman. Provide detailed work orders for the installation department. Prepare any and all submittal information, and billing of all work including change orders. Requirements: Ability to read blueprints or strong math aptitude Detail Oriented Excellent Communication Skills Reliable Transportation a must.
