The Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) of Midwestern Illinois Child Care Assistance Program Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Child Care Assistance Program for the service delivery area of Rock Island, Henry, Henderson, Knox, McDonough, Mercer, and Warren counties. Duties within this role include:

  • Supervision of the daily operations of the Child Care Assistance Program.
  • Management and provision of technical assistance, outreach, and training for the Child Care Assistance Program staff.
  • Coordination of Child Care Assistance Program case monitoring and audit activities throughout the year.
  • Compilation of statistics and reports required by the Illinois Department of Human Services and prepare required reports.
  • Responding to customer, provider, client and community requests for information and complaints related to Referral and Child Care Assistance Program Services.
