The Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) of Midwestern Illinois Child Care Assistance Program Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Child Care Assistance Program for the service delivery area of Rock Island, Henry, Henderson, Knox, McDonough, Mercer, and Warren counties. Duties within this role include: Supervision of the daily operations of the Child Care Assistance Program. Management and provision of technical assistance, outreach, and training for the Child Care Assistance Program staff. Coordination of Child Care Assistance Program case monitoring and audit activities throughout the year. Compilation of statistics and reports required by the Illinois Department of Human Services and prepare required reports. Responding to customer, provider, client and community requests for information and complaints related to Referral and Child Care Assistance Program Services.
