Services are currently being provided in a hybrid model with a combination of In-Person Services and Telehealth Therapists provide counseling services to children and families who have been exposed to trauma or are receiving services from the Department of Children and Families. Candidates are supported within the program team and throughout the agency. The clinician will provide office and community-based trauma-focused intervention for children ages 3 - 18 and their families. These services are intended to help the child and family better manage symptoms related to trauma and/or separation and loss. The intervention provided is individual counseling for the child and psychoeducation and support for the caregiver. Families will be linked to community-based resources in the event of a crisis.   Position Requirements NJ LSW or LCSW - Must have at least 4 years of experience in therapeutic counseling and working with diverse families providing culturally appropriate services. Experience should include individual, couple, family, and group counseling with a focus on working with a population that has experienced trauma. Candidates must be certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or willing and able to obtain this certification within the first year of employment.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
