Responsibilities Include supervising approximately 3-4 social workers, maintaining some direct clinical work with students to provide IEP counseling services, utilizing Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to foster student growth, performing case reviews, parent support groups, family support and education, parent conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, liaison with community agencies, play therapy, student counseling and behavior management and maintaining appropriate clinical record keeping.   Position Requirements Requirements Include a Master's degree in social work, an active MD Board of Social Work license (LCSW or LCSW-C), a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in therapy or school social work to include working with children with functioning autism and a variety of learning disabilities, supervisory experience required; at least 2 years preferred and experience with educational agencies, special needs populations, and interdisciplinary teams   This position is currently accepting applications.
