As a dental assistant in our practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients and dental team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.  Key Responsibilities:  Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.  Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, making them feel comfortable and at ease.  Dental Software: Utilize dental software for charting, scheduling, and maintaining patient records.  Educational Support: Assist in educating patients about their dental needs and procedures.  Infection Control: Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.  Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient patient care.  Flexibility: Adapt to varying patient needs and assist with various tasks as needed.   Qualifications: 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred Dentrix experience required  Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients    Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate - $17.00 - $24.00 hourly based off experience  Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays 401k Program: with matching contributions Benefits: (offered at 30 hours or more) Competitive health, dental, and vision plan Life Insurance and Disability Insurance Flexible Schedules   Travel Requirements   Position Dental Assistant   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Req Number DEN-23-00850   Open Date 9/20/2023   Location Goldstein Dental Group   School None Specified  This position is currently not accepting applications.
