Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years CPG category management experience. Additional experience in sales strongly preferred. Kroger experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of syndicated data (NielsenIQ/IRI/SPINS). Strong background with loyalty card platforms (84.51/Shopper360). Strong use and application of Panel data (NielsenIQ/IRI/Numerator). Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
Language Skills: Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills required.
Other Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Self starter with ability to lead. Must be agile and quick to respond to changes and the needs of Team Members and/or the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Typically functions in an office environment. Requires occasional work on nights and weekends. Occasional travel as necessary.
