Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Customer Service Representative   Description JOB SUMMARY:The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Act as liaison between customer and salesperson • Provide product and services information to customers • Resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and respond to customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction • Sorting, confirming & crediting of invoices • General Office Duties (i.e. filing)   Position Requirements REQUIREMENTS A High School diploma or equivalent is required  Prior work experience in Customer Service preferred Bilingual Engish and Spanish speaking preferred SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, performing accounting work, using a computer terminal, AND/OR extensive reading. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: Ability to position self to access objects such as filing cabinets, ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time, and ability to operate office machinery such as a computer or telephone, ability to communicate effectively and ability to do repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. The job is mostly sedentary MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT USED: Ability to use: computer, printer, fax machine, photocopier and telephone.
