The goal is to create a clean, sanitary, environment for our residents and guests. You will be responsible for cleaning apartments,common areas, and public restrooms, disposing of trash, changing beds linens and notifying maintenance of any issues. Common Responsibilities: Cleans bathrooms, kitchen areas, changes sheets on bed, vacuums, mops,dusts, etc. Completes tasks according to preferences and expectations ofcommunity management and residents. Collects trash and cleans work areas, common areas and places in designated pick-up areas. Maintains housekeeping and cleaning equipment and materialsneeded to perform work in a clean and orderly condition. Reports observations regarding structural and equipment wear,defects and malfunctioning equipment and any needed repairs to theHousekeeping Supervisor. Makes ready all apartments prior to occupancy by residents.
