Provide 1st level technical support to the end user for the diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software related issues within the City of Thomasville and other support cities/organizations. Responsible for all client-side line of business applications.

Utilize ManageEngine ServiceDesk to log all support issues.
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve desktop computer and printer problems; correct and report any anomalies.
Assists in analysis of new software/hardware.
Assist in installs and coordinate installation of PCs, workstation operating systems and application software.
Assist in maintaining computers and related equipment in computer lab.
Ability to install, relocate, and perform operational checks on computer equipment.
Conduct yearly inventory of all network attached client devices.
