The Project Accountant should have a minimum of three to five years of experience in contract analysis and billing for an A/E/C company. Deltek Vision experience a plus. The successful candidate will manage project setup and billing for multiple clients and Project Managers. Flexible workplace schedules are arranged with supervisor and allow for potential remote opportunities. The salary range for this position is $52,000 to $62,000 per year. The compensation offer will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.   Position Requirements Job Responsibilities include: Project setup including: phases, tasks, budgets, and billing terms Monthly distribution of billing drafts to Project Managers Assist Project Managers in review and corrections Execute waivers or any other client requested backup as needed Distribute invoices to clients Prepare timely invoice revisions as needed QA QC of invoices generated by Billing Team Monitor/update/ongoing reconciliation of monthly invoices Payment verifications on demand Monthly AR review and contact with clients Request Certificates of Insurance Additional duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Deltek Vision or similar accounting system experience preferred Architectural, engineering, consulting industry (construction/environmental/law) experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent work experience desired FAR experience desired, not required Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage various deadlines in fast-paced setting Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Applicants without noted qualifications will not be considered.   Compensation The salary range for this position is $52,000 to $62,000 per year.
