Works with Nursing, Environmental (Housekeeping), Dietary, Nurse Leaders and Client Services. Maintains appropriate call light response times.  Deals exclusively with the Nursing schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Maintains staffing patterns consistent with the philosophy, objectives and availability of resources.  Participates in the clinical component of continuous quality improvement in the household in support of a systemic approach to quality clinical care.   Provides tours to prospective residents/family. Follow up on resident/family concerns.   Position Requirements 2 years' experience in LTC setting preferred.  Excellent customer service skills.  Exceptional leadership skills.
