Share Email Opening Apply Now Title UNREAL ENGINE DESIGNER/ANIMATOR  Description Mills James has an immediate opening for a full-time Unreal Engine Designer/Animator in our video production facility based in Columbus Ohio. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in all aspects of the Unreal Engine platform, with an understanding of 3D modeling, and the Adobe suite or programs. It would be a plus if the candidates had experience with the Mo-Sys Star Tracker system. This position is based in Columbus, Ohio. Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty and other duties that may be assigned. This hands-on position would assist our Virtual Production team, while operating as an in-suite motion graphic designer/animator in our visual Effects group. Responsibilities would range from creating Unreal environments to being a vital part of the team in the production process by creating graphics and animations for commercial and corporate clients. Mills James has been pioneering mixed and extended reality in the mid-west for over two years and is expanding our team. Requirements Listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Three years of practical experience in a post-production environment Extensive production work in Unreal – must provide demo reel/applicable samples of your video production work in a commercial or broadcast environment (excluding gaming content) Calm and engaging personality when working with clients and Ability to effectively work under pressure and tight timelines Expert level operating level of Adobe products and other graphic and animation tools Curiosity to invest time in AI tools that can contribute to a video production project   All applicants will be required to consent to a background check before employment.
