Share Email Opening Title Accounts Receivable Specialist (Scott Depot, WV )  Description POSITION SUMMARY: Daily data entry and applications. Prepare weekly Railroad and Utility billing in TCR software. Weekly data entry in the AEP CAMPS systems of utility billing and assist with weekly review of payroll timesheets as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES: Daily data entry and application of deposits for multiple branches involving in-house scanning of checks as well as the application of electronic payments from various client sourced sites. Data entry of daily worksheets in TCR software system to produce weekly billing. Review of daily timesheets, weekly per diems and equipment usage reports as needed. Weekly data entry in the CAMPS system for AEP projects. Reconcile quantity and payment discrepancies, and maintain all backup data for future billing purposes. Online ordering for office supplies PO entry and receiving as required Draft, type, fax, copy, file and keep records on all billing entered as well as any reports, forms or other material. Answer telephone, if needed; redirect calls and conveys messages. Perform other work related duties as assigned.   Position Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree is highly preferred Three years of billing experience is required Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills as position requires working with several different people on various levels Ability to organize and prioritize workload and to meet deadlines Must have a high attention to detail Must be able to work in a face-pace construction office environment Must be able to operate computer and utilize Word and Excel and other related programs at an intermediate level.
