Support delivery of responsive, engaging curriculum to meet individual student needs through unique programs of study for core and elective coursework. RESPONSIBILITIES Promote student development through: lessons and curriculum that meet standards and individual needs a classroom environment built on rapport and positive relationships responsive, engaging, and flexible expectations of student behavior and academic achievement Enhance trauma-sensitive school culture by: collaborating with stakeholders to promote student interests participating in development that enhances trauma sensitivity offering multiple avenues for students to access content and demonstrate success WAGE & BENEFITS The wage for this hourly, year-round position begins at $15and is commensurate with certification &experience.
