Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Direct Care Staff- The Other Door  Description Join our team as a Direct Care Staff for The Other Door in Viroqua As a Direct Care Staff, you will be responsible for providing programming and information substance use and mental health recovery. What are the primary responsibilities of this direct care position? Provide attendees with information about recovery and mental health resources Provide programming to promote socialization, including but not limited to: employment/job seeking skills, educational, self-help, or daily living programs covering a range of topics designed to enhance recovery efforts. Movie, game and pizza nights, and holiday parties Monitor usage of the center ensuring safety of guests. Monitor use of the meditation room, art room, and kitchen, comfortable lounge with television, and meeting rooms for mental health recovery and 12-step groups.   ** This position works with clients with mental health and/or substance abuse needs** Benefits at FCC Paid time off through accrued vacation time & 9 recognized holidays – plus an additional floating holiday!
