This is a weeknight position where you would be available for visits M-Th, 5pm-8am.  The Social Worker is responsible to provide clients and families psychosocial care regarding economic, social and emotional needs.  This role requires WI social work licensure or certification.  In return for your expertise, you’ll enjoy excellent training, industry-leading benefits and unlimited opportunities to learn and grow. Experience working with patients and families coping with terminal illness and death.
