About The Company:

The Wilbert Group is a precast concrete manufacturer and service provider that serves the funeral service, building trades, and agricultural markets. The Wilbert Group offers a range of manufactured concrete products, including burial vaults, monuments, lawn crypts, columbarium niches, septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters, and agricultural precast products. The company operates manufacturing plants, warehouses, monument production facilities, a casket manufacturing plant, and nine crematories. Their monument division produces granite memorials and markers, custom granite signage, and engraved brick pavers, and they also engage in wholesale monument sales.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, delivering, and setting underground utility and cemetery products at job sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Additionally, you will operate a backhoe as needed to fulfill job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, secure, transport, and deliver underground utility and cemetery products to job sites while ensuring safety and professionalism.
  • Operate a backhoe proficiently as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interactions with clients.
  • Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles.

 

 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possession of a CDL Class "A" license with air brakes endorsement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the delivery and operation of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Valid license to operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Capability to lift objects weighing 75 pounds or more.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in reading maps and following written and verbal directions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with minimal supervision.
